MEDICINE HAT, AB – Fifteen years ago when Hilary Blanchette graduated high school she first thought of a career in equine therapy.
Blanchette, a barrel racer and the owner/operator of Holsom Equine, fell in love with the idea after her horse suffered two broken legs and came back to run “amazing,” she says.
Blanchette joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to talk about how horses end up at her facility, the process of helping the horses and shows some of the equipment used.
