1950 ~ Lorne Rieger ~ 2021

Lorne Frederick Rieger of Medicine Hat passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at the age of 71 years, beloved husband of the late Shirley Rieger. He leaves to cherish his memory four children, Jeffrey (Catherine), Jeremy (Stacy), Joy (Stacy), and Jennifer (Allen); eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; his brother, Horace (Karen); his sister, Judy (Ed) Aberle; his mother-in-law Cora Reider; one brother-in-law, Dennis (Nary) Reider; one sister-in-law, Mary (Alan) Richards as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Lenora and Adam Rieger; his step mother Lydia Rieger; his wife, Shirley Rieger on December 23, 2019; and his sister, Elaine Rieger. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend.
