Frankie Swirls here to spread happiness

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The general manager of a local summer hotspot already known for happiness says a goodwill ambassador will spend the next while spreading even more of it in Medicine Hat.

Frankie Swirls returned to Earth from a distant planet in the Milky Way galaxy a few days ago, says Abygail LaRochelle.

She says Frankie’s mission is to ensure that every being in the universe tastes what Earth calls happiness and that all life forms in the galaxy are as happy as possible.

“To achieve this task, Frankie looks for places where happiness can be found easily and abundantly. One of those places is, Frankie’s favourite place here on Earth – Swirls,” LaRochelle explains.

Frankie is an ice cream cone with cool ’80s sunglasses and he has pink and blue and white hair.

LaRochelle says his return to Earth to spread happiness couldn’t have come at a better time.

“Frankie came to make sure that everyone in Medicine Hat and surrounding area and everywhere can come and taste happiness when we went through such a hard time last year.”

Even before Frankie showed up, Swirls was spreading quite a bit of happiness and getting it in return. The recent hot weather has kept Swirls busy.

“We appreciate the community support. We love everybody being able to come out and enjoy an ice cream cone on a hot day.

LaRochelle says Frankie will be at the Stampede grounds next week and Hatters should keep their eyes peeled for him around the city at different community events
