I have an idea and it’s not going to hurt – well actually it might,  just a little.

Grab an elastic band – any color you like –  and slide it onto your wrist.

Every time you get that negative thought or that bad habit finds it’s way around you again.

Snap that rubber band on your wrist, pull and snap – it’s a little different from the bend and snap on Legally Blond. Pull and snap – ouch – yes it will hurt a bit and it will also associate the behaviour you want to change with pain – and give you a little extra incentive both consciously and sub consciously, to stop.

If you are the acronym type – try this for SNAP.

See Negative Attitudes (or behaviours) and PULL!

S.N.A.P. out of it.  It’s just one more way you can live Your Life, Unlimited!

“Geographically untethered.”  That’s how my radio show guest, Jana Stanfield described her 10 years of travelling. Living with her husband ‘happily ever after’ was her plan ‘A’ and when that didn’t work she asked herself what Plan B was going to be.  Thus began her years of travel and philanthropy.  Now she makes her home in Las Vegas and her living singing and performing positive music like this… 1-04 How Beautiful.

Her inspiring video, If I Were Brave brings me to tears every time – and it’s not because I see myself in a lime green scull cap! Check it out…
