COVID case identified at St. Michael’s School in Bow Island

BOW ISLAND, AB– Holy Spirit Catholic School Division has been informed of a case of COVID-19 at St. Michaels school.

All close contacts have been notified and will begin isolating immediately.

This is the first COVID-19 case in the school, but one of six active cases at three school sites in the division.

Currently, active cases are as follows:

CCH (3), St. Mary’s School in Taber (2), and St. Michael’s School in Bow Island (1).

AHS will provide an update on the case at a later date.
