1934 ~ Adam Schmaltz ~ 2020

Adam Schmaltz passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 86 years, beloved husband of Loretta Schmaltz of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory four children, Gwen Middleton, Kim (Glen) Renwick, Brian (Michelle) Schmaltz and Steven (Wendy) Schmaltz; ten grandchildren, Aaron (Shelly), Jamie (Larry), Craig (Brooke), Michael (Jillian), Stephanie (Kyle), Chelsey (Brad), Amanda, Tyson (Erin), Kadin (Brittany) and Tenielle (Nathan); seven great grandchildren, Isabella, Jaden, Brooklyn, Loghan, Beckett, Deklan and Olivia; his brother, Richard (Susan) Schmaltz; two sisters, Ann Barker and Eva Sutherland as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ludwig and Katherine Schmaltz; four brothers, Peter, Frank, Louis and Jack and his sister, Rose. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
