MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat will see another live concert in early September.

Canadian country star Brett Kissel will perform a drive-in concert at the Canalta Centre parking lot on Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. On Thursday morning, a second show was added at 10 p.m.

Brett Kissel Live at the Drive-In is a fundraiser in support of Alexis and Ryan.

Alexis has been in hospital in Calgary since she fell while visiting Lundbreck Falls in late July.

Ryan took his own life on July 31, leaving behind a wife and two children.

Tickets for the show, starting at $100 per vehicle, go on sale Aug. 20 at 10 a.m. at tixx.ca.

Rules for the physically-distanced concert include staying in your vehicle, no smoking or drinking and no passing of objects between vehicles.

More information is available at medicinehat.brettkissel.com.

Kissel is no stranger to Medicine Hat. He performed to packed crowds at the 2019 edition of the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede and at the Esplanade in January 2018.
