In Loving Memory Of Sandy Cooper
February 29, 1952 ~ May 15, 2020
Sandy Cooper passed away from pancreatic cancer in Medicine Hat on Friday, May 15, 2020, at the age of 68. She was an amazing person, loved by many and was supported by her large and loving family and her wonderful friends. Sandy was a shepherd who naturally gathered good people around her and made us all better for knowing her. She had an amazing ability to share her smile and laugh freely. When in her presence, you knew you were accepted and loved, and she could always make any situation joyful. She is survived by her husband, Turp and they would have shared 50 years together this December; her children, Kalin Meyer (Peter), Angie Kromrey (Todd), Taner Cooper (Staci), Corby Cooper (Melissa) as well as her grandchildren, Michael, Harleigh, Keegan, Ridge, Jaxson, Kooper, Lochlan, and Rylin. The family would like to thank everyone at St Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat for their care and support through a difficult time. Sandy will be laid to rest in the cemetery at Tompkins, Saskatchewan. Once gathering restrictions are lifted, the family plans to honour Sandy with a celebration of her life. Further notification will be made at that time.
