Employees need to stop giving their employers little to no warning when they are sick!! Expecting your supervisor to find a replacement 6 hours before your shift is not only irresponsible it is down right ignorant and thoughtless. Someone has to cover your shift, so give a care to your co-workers and supervisors that cover for you!

A true leader would worry about all needs not just their O&G friends. Things in the world also affect other sectors that could use a hand and some airtime. But your right, lets again bail out an industry that has no qualms bailing out on us when the going is tough.
