FORT MACLEOD, AB – In the most southern Alberta way possible, the 2010s will come to a close and the 2020s will kick off with high winds.
Environment Canada is calling for wind gusts up to 100 km/hour on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The wind warning includes communities such as the Crowsnest Pass, Pincher Creek, Waterton Lakes National Park, the Blood Reserve, Cardston, and Fort Macleod.
“Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions due to high winds.”
