Fred Geigle was born on July 21, 1939 in the Gros Ventre District and passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017, in Medicine Hat at the age of 77 years. Fred will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Hazel; son, Bruce Geigle; daughter, Brenda (Kelvin) Bohnet; granddaughter, Miranda Bohnet; sisters, Ida Mack, Katie Rath and Martha (Harvey) Derheim; sister-in-law, Linda Deering as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Fred was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Rose Geigle; sister, Emma Ulrich; brothers-in-law, Ralph Ulrich, Edwin Mack, Art Rath and Harvey Deering and nephews, John Ulrich and Derry Jans.
