Joseph "Irvin" Doiron

Mr. Irvin Doiron passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017, in High River, Alberta at the age of 70 years. He was predeceased by his parents, John Doiron in 2004, and Alice Doiron in 2005. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Jeff Doiron of Japan and John (Becky) Doiron of Vulcan, Alberta; two grandsons, Tyson and Barrett; two brothers, Cletus Doiron of Medicine Hat and Kent (Pam) Doiron of Strathmore; three sisters, Glenda (Brian) Bolger of Medicine Hat, Mae Bolger (Walter) of High River and Norma (Glen) Fuchs of Calgary as well as numerous nieces and nephews and by the mother of his children Marie Doiron of Vulcan. Irvin came to Alberta at the age of 17 years from Prince Edward Island. He worked for the Wheat Pool in many towns throughout Southern Alberta. To every family there is a favorite aunt or uncle and Irvin was the one in our family. He was happiest when he was surrounded by family and reliving the days when we were young and all the special times we had. Irvin was loved by everyone he knew and he loved everyone. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Friday, July 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend.
