It is with heavy hearts that the family announces that Edward Tolkacz, passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at the age of 80 years. A Celebration of Edward’s life will take place at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Monday, September 11, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. with Major Murray Jaster officiating.
