Edna Chabot

1924 ~ 2017

It is with sadnesss that the family announce the passing of their beloved mother, Edna Mae Chabot, wife of the late Norman Chabot, at Riverview Care Center, Medicine Hat on September 9, 2017 at the age of 92 years. She is survived by one brother, three sons, two daughters, eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Edna was predeceased by her husband, Norm; her youngest daughter, Mary Jean Bajer; her ex-husband, Chester; one brother and two half-sisters. She wants to be remembered by her family for “I tried the best that I could”. A private family service will be held at Hillside Cemetery where Edna will be laid to rest along side her daughter and husband. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Care Centre and Colette Cares II for their kind attention and excellent care during Edna’s stay.
