Beth Ganzer

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of their mother and grandmother, Elizabeth “Betty” Susan Ganzer, beloved wife of the late, Anthony Ralph Ganzer, at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, December 4, 2017, at the age of 97 years. She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Marlene (Edward) Lavoy and daughter-in-law, Janet Ganzer; grandchildren, Sandra (Garth) Simpson, Maurice (Maggie) Lavoy, Maurae (Greg) Woitas, Genny Doyle, Kora Kuehn, Ty (Raegan) Ganzer, John (Paloma) Ganzer, Luke (Olivia) Ganzer; eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Hammer and her nephews. Betty was predeceased by her parents, John and Susan Gergely Sr., and her son, Maurice “Butch” Ganzer. The family will honour Beth’s memory with a private celebration.
