R. Carl Rasmussen of Elkwater, beloved husband of Shirley, passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the age of 81 years. The family would like to invite friends and neighbours to an open house reception in Carl’s honour to be held at the Elkwater Community Hall on May 2, 2018, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please dress casual.
