Rachel (Raye) Phillipson passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, July 16, 2018, with her family by her side. Left to mourn are her children, Rosemary (Gerald) and Mark (Marilyn); grandchildren, Jeremy (Anushka), Etienne and Doug (Melissa); and great grandchild, Luca. Rachel was predeceased by her parents; husband, Edward; and her siblings. Rachel was active in the United Church and other organizations. She loved to travel, to garden, to sew and to craft. She was good at whatever skill she tried. Memorial service arrangements to be announced.
