John Frederick Chisholm of Medicine Hat, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018, at the age of 68 years after a courageous battle. Beloved partner of the late Sandra Smith. He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Jason (Kristine) Smith, and their children, Kyla and Madison; and Peter (Noel) Smith; his daughter-in-law, Mary Dunning; his brothers, Gordie, Pat, Ronnie and David; his sisters, Helen (Mike) Lamanna (their children, Michael Jr. and Charlie); Susie (her children, Roger and Jeanette); Lizzie; Rosemary (her children, Lisa, Rose, and Vito). He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Marjorie Chisholm; his partner Sandra in 2013; and his brother, Roger. Keep on truckin Bud.
