It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joy Catherine Mary Chinook on Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the age of 67 years. Her memory will be cherished by her husband Garry Chinook of Medicine Hat, her son Mike (Eleanor) and grandson Logan. She is also survived by three sisters, Joan Groft, Julie Prosofsky (Thomas Samoila) and June (Chip) Kniss; three brothers Jim (Patricia) Prosofsky, Joe (Doris) Prosofsky and Jeff Prosofsky as well as many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. She was predeceased by her parents Jean and Joseph Prosofsky, one sister Jan and two brothers-in-law, Gord Groft and Tim Chinook. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with The Rev. Dr. David Carter officiating.
