1937 ~ 2019

It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas Edward Moore announces his passing at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat, Alberta on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 81 years of age.  Tom will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of his wife, Eileen; children, Bill (Elly), Greg, Julie (Paul) Fitton, Tom Jr. (Shauna); grandchildren, Ryan (Lauren), Braxton, Bailey; great-grandchildren, Kaden and Cohen as well as his brothers, Carrie (Dorlyn) and Mac (Leona). He was predeceased by his parents, Tom and Carrie; daughter, Michelle; brothers, Harvey and Michael. A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held at a later date. If friends so desire, memorial donations in Tom’s name may be directed to St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice, 156 – 3 Street N.E., Medicine Hat, Alberta T1A 5M1.
