Denise Wright

It is with great sadness and a very heavy heart that we the family, announce the passing of (Natalie) Denise Wright (nee Height). She passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Tuesday, June 11, 2019, due to complications from Crohn’s disease.
Denise is survived by her beloved husband, Steve Wright; daughters, Ashley Dease, Chloe Wright and her son, Connor Wright. Denise is also survived by her son-in-law, Dusten Dease; granddaughter, Eberle Dease; brother, Stephen Height; uncle, Edward Height; aunt, Cheryl Height as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, friends and co-workers. Denise was predeceased by her mother, Evelyn Mae Height.
Denise was a well loved and respected wife, mother and friend. For more than 25 years, Denise worked as a health care aide. Denise loved her family, coworkers and the residents in the different retirement facilities where she worked. For the past year, Denise blossomed in a her new position as recreation director at Meadow Ridge Seniors Village. She deeply enjoyed her job and loved enriching and bringing joy to the residents of Meadow Ridge. Denise left a positive impression on everyone she came in contact with. She will be immensely missed by all.
A celebration of Denise’s life will be held at the Meadow Ridge Seniors Village on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Please feel free to dress casually as Denise would have preferred that. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting www.cooksouthland.com) Honoured to serve the family is
