Trina Lynn Murray, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the young age of 52 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Trina was born July 21, 1967 in Barrie Ontario. An incredibly, gentle, caring soul who would always go above and beyond for her family, friends & anyone else. Trina loved to be able to go to warmer climates, spending her time relaxing and diving. Her love of motorcycling combined with her steadfast support for the military made her a perfect match for all she did with the Canadian Army Veterans Motorcycle Units. Trina was the driving force behind the Highway of Heroes in Medicine Hat. It did not take long for Toad Rock Motorcycle Campground to become a second home where she would spend as much time as she could. She worked at both CFB Suffield and at Defense Research and Development Suffield Research Center as a clerk where her strong work ethic and helpful nature was a benefit to all. Trina is survived by her loving husband, Alan Murray; their children, Darcy, Caitlin, Ryan, Dallas, Dawson; grandchildren, Damien, Hailey, Jarrett, Kiera; and sister, Tara. Trina’s presence could light up a room and her spark will forever be missed by her family and friends. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, on Wednesday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with Mike Tivadar officiating.
