VIDEO: Medicine Hat residents share thoughts on election results
MEDICINE HAT, AB — For the first time since 2004, Canada will be governed under a Liberal minority government.
We went out to speak with Medicine Hat residents about the election, and were able to receive thoughts from some voters about the result, and what a minority government could mean for Canada.
“I think it was pretty expected, just from listening to what was going to happen beforehand,” one man said outside the Family Leisure Centre. “I think a minority government was on people’s minds as being the result, I think.”
“I think it is what it is, you know,” one woman said. “We all have the right to vote, and we vote.”
