Police arrest man for criminal harassment

Medicine Hat, AB – City police arrested a 34-year-old man following allegations of causing alarm and distress to two individuals and their children.
Police say the man appeared to be watching the individuals in the Crestwood neighbourhood and was driving a silver dually Dodge Ram with Alberta plates.
The man was located on 13th ave. S.E. and arrested on two counts of criminal harassment.
Redcliff resident Robert Horan was subsequently released on conditions to not be within 200 metres of the complainants residents nor have contact with them, have contact with individuals under the age of 14 or be in locations where children would likely be found. He is also currently banned from possession of weapons.
