Dillon Batsel leads the way in the men’s division after his first round of the weekend after shooting a three under, 69 to lock down first place on Saturday.

Just behind him however is Mike Valk, who finished his day with a one under, 71 and sits just two shots back entering moving day.

It’s a three-way tie for third place in the men’s grouping, as Dallas Bassen, Mason Rabinovitch, and Trevor Kusler all fired a 73 on the day and sit four strokes behind Batsel for first.

In the women’s division, a dominant performance by defending champion Becky Martin has her sitting comfortably in first place with a three over, 75 on Saturday.

She currently holds an 11 stroke lead over Steph Duffee, who fired an 86 in her opening round to sit in second place.

Gary Kavanaugh meanwhile was the lone golfer in the senior men’s division to end his opening round below par, leading the pack with a one under, 71.

Kavanaugh currently sits six shots ahead of Ed Wagner for top spot, after Wagner shot a 77 on Saturday, while Wayne Jacober rounded out the top three with a six over, 78.
