MEDICINE HAT, AB — Medicine Hat College will soon be looking for a new president and CEO.

Graham Kelly, chair of Medicine Hat College’s Board of Governors, confirmed to CHAT News Today that Dr. Denise Henning will be leaving her position later this month.

No reason for the departure was immediately known.

When reached Thursday morning, Henning declined comment to CHAT News via email.

Henning joined the college as president and CEO in 2014. Prior to her time at the college, she was president and CEO at Northwest Community College.

Kelly says the board and Henning have agreed that her last day at the college is March 16.
