Quenneville makes pro debut with AHL’s Bridgeport Sound Tigers
ALLENTOWN, PA – It may not have gone exactly the way he wanted, but Medicine Hat Tigers defenceman David Quenneville can now officially call himself a professional hockey player.
Quenneville made his American Hockey League debut with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Friday night, dressing on the team’s third defensive pairing with Kane Lafranchise.
It wasn’t the easiest night for Tigers vet, as he was on the ice for two goals against in a 5-2 loss against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
Despite the minus two rating, Quenneville was able to record his first two shots of his AHL career on Friday.
