Two youths injured in Medicine Hat e-bike collision with vehicle on weekend
Medicine Hat police say no charges are expected after an e-bike carrying two youths collided with a vehicle over the weekend, leaving one rider with serious injuries.
Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Cameron Road Southeast and Ross Glen Way Southeast at about 12:55 p.m. Saturday. Members of the Medicine Hat Police Service, Medicine Hat Fire and Emergency Services and EMS attended the scene.
Both youths riding the e-bike were taken to the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital for treatment.
One was later transferred to a Calgary hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries.
