4:07 into overtime, Liam Ruck tucked a puck past the pad of Prince Albert Raiders netminder Michal Orsulak to win Game 3 for the Medicine Hat Tigers and take a 2-1 series lead.

Jordan Switzer was tremendous for the Tigers, making 37 saves in the win.

Swtizer had made 67 saves over the last two games, helping the Tigers take the series lead.

Daxon Rudloph opened the scoring for Prince Albert late in the first period after following up his own rebound for his sixth goal of the postseason.

Just over one period later, Kade Stengrim strung a shot through traffic on the power play for his sixth goal of the playoffs to tie the game at one.

The Raiders would put the Tigers on their heels for the final 24 minutes of regulation, but the Tabbies would survive and force overtime, where Liam Ruck sent the fans home happy.

The overtime winner was Liam Ruck’s second of his playoff career. Both have come against the Prince Albert Raiders.

Raiders netminder Michal Orsulak made 19 saves and was named the game’s third star.

Game 4 goes tomorrow night inside Co-op Place as the Medicine Hat Tigers look to take a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.
