Brooks RCMP investigating property theft near Tilley

Brooks RCMP are investigating a break and enter at an oil treatment plant east of Tilley.

On Monday at about 9:09 a.m., Mounties responded and observed signs of forced entry at the property’s main gate.

Officers examined further and found that an office on the property had also been forcibly entered, with a television reported stolen from inside.

Police were able to gather evidence at the scene, and the investigation remains ongoing.
