PBR Canada’s Elite Cup Series returns to Medicine Hat in 2026 for sixth time

The Professional Bull Riders Canada’s elite Cup Series is returning to Medicine Hat in 2026 for a sixth time.

Ticket sales for the PBR Medicine Hat Classic at Co-op Place on October 17, 2026, will begin for the general public on Friday, Nov. 21, at 10 a.m.

The PBR Canada’s elite Cup Series made stops in eleven cities in 2025, and Medicine Hat will be the ninth stop for the 2026 regular season.

Featuring Canada’s top riders mixed in with some top international athletes taking on the top bucking bulls from across the country.

During the 2025 event in the city, Australia’s Callum Miller took top spot, going 2-for-2 on his rides and scoring an 89-point ride against Get Rhythm to take the win over Maple Creek’s Jared Parsonage, who placed second in the event.

Parsonage, now retired, was the top rider on the circuit this year, winning both the PBR Canada Championship and PBR Canada National Finals.

Miller was the first non-Alberta bull rider to win at a PBR Canada’s elite Cup Series event in Medicine Hat.

The bull riding for the 2026 event will start at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17.
