Football Alberta Weekly Top-10 Rankings

Here are the Weekly Top-10 Rankings for all five levels of high school football in Alberta for the 2025 season.

These rankings will come out every Sunday (except for Labour Day kickoff) from now up until November 2. At that time, those will be the last rankings, and teams will take this rank into Provincials.

The 12-a-side teams are slotted into their levels based on their estimated school size by School Sport Alberta, while the 9 and 6-a-side are one level only. Some re-sorting of 12-a-side levels will take place after the final official population numbers are recorded at the end of September.

Note: games vs. U.S. opponents, scrimmages, or tournaments are not taken into consideration for ranking or listed in the overall record of the schools.

There was a time when it looked like SSA Provincial might have to take a pass on 2025 but with high school football back in full vigor, the annual year end dance for supremacy in all five levels of play kicks off this week.
