Mounties look for suspect after assault with a weapon at Redcliff pub

Mounties are looking to find a suspect in what they described as an assault with a weapon at a Redcliff pub on Aug. 17, 2025.

Redcliff RCMP are investigating an incident that took place that morning at 1:50 a.m. at Who’s on Third, a pub on Broadway Avenue.

A statement issued by Mounties said the victim was speaking to a group of people at the bar when it appears she was told to leave by the suspect. Soon after, the suspect grabbed the victim and began assaulting her.

The incident was stopped by other patrons and the suspect was ushered outside by people she was with.

The victim then followed her and went outside, where it was alleged that the victim was hit in the head with a bottle.

The suspect is described as medium complexion possibly of Spanish or Mexican descent, long black hair with a slight curl, between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing between 135 to 145 pounds.

During the incident the suspect was wearing a white shirt and a suede style ankle length brown skirt with white strapped sandal type heels.
