Brooks RCMP investigating break-in at Torxen Oil and Gas site

Brooks RCMP say an investigation is underway after the Torxen oil and gas company reported a break-in at one of its sites.

An employee reported to police that the unknown suspect or suspects accessed a yard at the location before breaking into a locked building.

The company representative told the Mounties that various items including a toolbox and tow straps were stolen.

Evidence was collected at the scene and the investigation is ongoing, according to a news release on Wednesday.
