The Medicine Hat golfer shot a 7 over par taking home $825.

Redcliff’s Ryan Weere finished at 9 over par to place 33rd earning $625.

Medicine Hat’s Ryan Vallely was out of the money with a 65th place finish at 19 over par.

All four golfers finished stronger than a pair of well known golfers with a strong social media presence.

Both Mac Boucher and Kyle Berkshire finished at 24 over par to tie for 74th place.

The Canadian Boucher has about 602,000 followers on Instagram and is known for his videos hitting a low arcing golf shot called a stinger.

The American Berkshire has won the World Long Drive Championship three times in 2019, 2021 and 2023.

Berkshire broke a pair of world record in 2023, one for ball speed at 241.6 mph, another for the longest drive ever documented when he crushed a ball just under 580 yards from an elevated tee box at a course in Wyoming.

He has about 753,000 followers on Instagram.
