Brooks Bandits draw even in BCHL Finals
The Brooks Bandits have tied the BCHL Finals at two games a piece with a win on Wednesday night in Chilliwack.
A 4-1 victory over the Chiefs in Game 4 kept the Bandits from falling further behind in the best of seven series, after they had dropped the previous two contests.
Bandits goaltender Zach Zahara stopped 27 shots to help earn win number 14 of the post season for him and the Bandits.
Each team is now two wins away from raising the Fred Page Cup, which would be a first for the Bandits, and first for the Chiefs since returning to the city in 2011 after a five year hiatus when Chilliwack had a Western Hockey League franchise.
