No injuries after truck hits house near Medicine Hat hospital, police say

Police say a truck collided with a house near the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital.

Officers responded to a report a vehicle hit a home on the 600 block of Prospect Drive Southwest on Tuesday evening.

The truck collided with the door of an attached garage, travelled through the door and struck a parked vehicle inside, police said.

While no one was injured because of the collision, a 32-year-old Medicine Hat man was taken to hospital for an examination as a precaution.
