Chris Hellman, small business owner, second to file for 2025 Medicine Hat council run

Chris Hellman is the second council hopeful to get officially registered for Medicine Hat’s fall civic election.
Hellman owns the city’s sole Mr. Lube franchise and is a long-term member of the local Kinsmen organization.
The business owner also once served as the president of Medicine Hat’s chamber of commerce.
He was listed publicly as a candidate for councillor on Monday, the second to register since Kelly Allard on Feb. 28.
