It will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at his campaign office located on 659 Third Street S.E. at South Railway.

Parking is available behind the office building along the wall, according to a statement from Rooke.

He plans to give a short speech at the public event around 8 p.m.

Rooke is the only candidate besides Conservative incumbent Glen Motz to set up an office space.

Motz held an open house last week and said support for his 2025 campaign had surpassed previous years.

The federal election takes place April 28, with polls indicating a close race between Liberals and Conservatives nationally.
