Pair of Medicine Hat minor hockey teams win tournaments over weekend

Medicine Hat Minor Hockey had some success this weekend with a pair of their teams winning their hockey tournaments.

The U15 Kraken won gold at the Lamplighter Hockey Tournament in Hussar, Alta.

The team had recently collected and donated a number of items to the Medicine Hat SPCA.

It could a last hurrah for some of the players, who made it a “year to remember”.
