Medicine Hat’s Diwali event, in photos

A delayed celebration of Diwali took place over the weekend.

The Festival of Lights was held in the Cypress Centre at the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede grounds for the first time, a larger space than previous years.

The event, put on by the Medicine Hat Hindu Association, featured traditional dancing, Indian food and a night full of dancing.
