Motorcyclist sustains serious injuries in south-end collision, Medicine Hat police say

A motorcycle driver sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital after a crash involving a truck, Medicine Hat police said Wednesday.

The truck driver was not injured in the motor vehicle collision that saw emergency services rush to the 800 block of Gershaw Drive Southwest around 7:20 a.m. on Tuesday, police said.

The collision remains under investigation.

The police traffic unit is requesting assistance from the public.

Anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to investigators is asked to call 403-529-8481 to speak to the police service’s traffic unit.
