Southwest Medicine Hat fire damages garage

Medicine Hat fire fighters were called to a blaze early on Friday at the Southwest Hill area.

A detached garage in the zero hundred block of Fourth Street Southwest was on fire.

The fire was put down without anyone getting hurt.

The cause is under investigation and a damage estimate is not available.

A city power pole was also damaged in the fire.
