South Country Co-op Limited - a BIG THANK YOU to you and our local Taber Grocery Store for not only providing our students with a juice and a snack at our Co-op Refuel Snack Station after completing their round in the "gauntlet" (5-station challenging skills circuit), but another BIG THANK YOU to Adam E. (Taber Grocery Store Manager) - for also being one of our "board members" at our Present to Impress & Feedback Fury stations! Your generosity and support have helped to make our first ever Amazing Shake (pilot) event a great success for our DA Ferguson Grade 7 students, as well as for our Horizon Christian Program's Grade 7 & 8 students! Nearly 90 students participated in total, and they were all challenged to "work the room" by implementing their employability and life skills which helped them practice and develop their confidence, courage, communication, enthusiasm, appreciation, humility, determination and work ethic while interacting with members of our business community (our “actors”). We appreciate your continued support of our community, our schools, and our youth with your incredible generosity and participation in such valuable career and life skills events!Note: The (original) Amazing Shake is a Ron Clark Academy event (Atlanta, Georgia).
