Mavericks seeking new head coach for 2025 season

The Medicine Hat Mavericks are in search for a new head coach for the 2025 season after announcing that coaching staff were leaving the team.
The Mavericks announced Sunday that 2024 head coach Kevin Mitchell and assistant coach Cody Henderson were moving on year-round roles.
Assistant coach Tory Nelson is starting chiropractic school in the fall and has also moved on from the team.
After the Mavericks were halted by the newly-minted Saskatoon Berries in the first round of the playoffs after coming second in the East Division this year.
