Records continue to be set in Alberta as the province-wide heat warning remains in effect.
Environment Canada says a ridge of high pressure brought record-setting heat to much of Alberta on Wednesday.
That resulted in new heat records in 29 communities, including Brooks.

It will be a hot one in Medicine Hat and across southern Alberta this week.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to range from 32 C to as high as 36 C, triggering a heat warning from Environment Canada.
