Kindersley man charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and multiple additional charges

A 38-year-old Kindersley man has been charged with sexual assault of a female teenager and a number of other offenses after an RCMP investigation.

Kindersley RCMP received a report of a sexual assault in late April. Investigation determined an adult male sexually assaulted a female teenager in Kindersley, Sask. approximately one month prior.

RCMP executed a search warrant on Stewart Crescent in Kindersley on May 2.

While executing it, officers located and seized a number of improperly-stored firearms. An adult male was arrested at the residence.

Charges include:

  • one count, sexual interference
  • one count, sexual assault
  • one count, make sexually explicit material available to a person under the age of 16
  • six counts, careless storage of a firearm
  • two counts, unlicensed possession of a prohibited device
  • one count, possession of a firearm without registration

He appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court on May 3, 2024.

The investigation continues and Kindersley RCMP believe there may be more victims.
