Brooks Bandits will take on Sherwood Park Crusaders in Alberta Division Final

The Bandits are moving on to the BCHL Alberta finals against the Sherwood Park Crusaders on Friday.

The Bandit’s clinched a spot in the finals after a Game 7 series win against the Okotoks Oilers on Tuesday.

Sherwood Park found their way to the final after a dominant 4-0 series win against the Blackfalds Bulldogs.

Due to the Koye Larson Memorial PBR at Centennial Regional Arena, the Bandits will travel to Sherwood Park on May 10 for Game 1 despite having home-ice advantage.

Brooks won six of seven contests with the Crusaders in regular season.

The winner of the Alberta final will proceed to play the British Columbia champion in the Rocky Mountain Challenge, a three-game series that will be played in Alberta.
