Medicine Hat’s spring Spectrum Festival returns for 2024

The Spectrum Festival is back for 2024.

The free-to-enter festival features local musicians, a bouncy fun village for kids, food trucks, beer gardens, various vendors and more.

Festival board president Bill Woolmer said the focus for this year about making everyone feel welcome.

“This year, the board’s main focus is about family and inclusivity of everybody,” Woolmer told CHAT News on Monday.

“What’s unique about Spectrum in general is the fact it is a Medicine Hat-only festival.”

Three Days of Power Wrestling, a skate school from the Skateboard Association and non profit booths will also be on site.

The festival runs from May 31 to June 2 at Kin Coulee Park.
