Who is Medicine Hat’s acting mayor and when?

When Medicine Hat’s city council sanctioned Mayor Linnsie Clark, it took away her powers to chair meetings and represent council as its default spokesperson.

A rotating schedule of deputy and acting mayors — already in place as part of council’s standard procedure — will take on those roles left vacant by the limitations placed on Clark.

During the March 21 meeting when a group of seven councillors voted to sanction Clark, Coun. Allison Knodel was deputy mayor and Coun. Andy McGrogan was acting mayor.

Here’s a list of those rotating positions for the remainder of the term. The left column is the deputy mayor and the right column is the acting mayor:
